I have spent my professional life in service industries whether it was working for an answering service in high school, waiting tables in college, or working as a customer service rep after I finished school at The University of Kansas. It wasn’t until I decided to take my income into my own hands and dive into media sales that I found my niche serving local businesses.

In my first two full years selling radio advertising for 710 KCMO, I was awarded Susquehana’s President’s Award for top performance in customer focused selling. It was during this time that I received training from The Center For Online Learning and The Center for Sales Strategy in marketing, media solutions, and negotiating. It was from this experience that I learned how to excel in copy writing and finding creative ways to solve client’s needs targeting my audience.

I have been a featured guest speaker at local area business networking events as well as marketing and advertising classes at Keller University and The University of Missouri at Kansas City’s Bloch School of Business.

I was born in Kansas City, MO and currently live in the suburbs on the Kansas side.  In my off time I coach baseball, play guitar or sing, and help out with my daughters’ Girl Scout troop.  I studied Music Composition at KU and still enjoy writing or arranging music when I get the chance.  I am currently serving as the communications chair for the Shawnee Mission North Opportunity Fund as well as Vice President of KC Media Mix.
